When your workout involves cardio at Planet Fitness, you end up watching a lot of CNN, Fox News, and or MSNBC. During this political season it has been especially difficult and downright disheartening even when all we are doing is reading the captions. Partnering in Uganda
“May God be gracious to us and bless us and make His face to shine upon us.” (Psalm 67:1) These words recall the blessing that we receive each Friday at chapel and (in my faith tradition) each Sunday at church. Beyond Locked Doors
I just spent a few days teaching at Youth With a Mission Charlotte. If you ever need to get your batteries recharged, I highly recommend spending some time with YWAMers. How amazing to share in worship and intercession with a bunch of fired up teens and twenty somethings. There is something so anointed about the combination of the energy of youth and the wisdom of age. (It is a bit daunting to have people hanging on your every word though.)
